Project Manager II (PM II)
Full Time | Client-Facing | Fully Remote | Collaboration across US / LATAM / EU time zones required
This role is focused on owning projects end-to-end, managing client relationships, and ensuring alignment between scope, delivery, and billing. You will work directly with global clients and cross-functional technical teams to drive successful outcomes.
What you’ll do:
- Own end-to-end project delivery
- Act as the primary client point of contact
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and execution
- Ensure alignment between scope, hours, and delivery
- Coordinate closely with Engineering and Architects
- Identify risks and proactively manage them
- Validate hours before billing
- Drive structured and consistent project execution.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status updates and progress reports to clients.
Ideal Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in project management, consulting, or similar roles
- Fluent English (written and spoken) – required
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects or priorities
- Strong organizational and execution skills
- High ownership and ability to operate with limited supervision, while staying aligned with team direction.
- Experience working with technical teams (Engineering / Product)
- Experience managing projects in Agile environments, with focus on execution, tracking, and client visibility.
Nice to have:
- Experience in consulting or client services environments
- Exposure to data, search, AI-related and/ or high-performance engineering projects
Compensation & Growth

Engineer Level I / II – Mid-Level Track
Full Time | Fully Remote | Collaboration across US / LATAM / EU time zones required
What you’ll work on:
- Data architecture and data modelling for search engines and NoSQL databases.
- Designing and building advanced ETL pipelines.
- Designing and implementing backend services to retrieve accurate information.
- Configuring and fine-tuning search queries
- Search performance tuning and indexing strategy.
- Leverage powerful methods and algorithms to extract actionable insight and knowledge from client’s data.
- Diagnosing production bottlenecks.
- Leading technical streams in client engagements.
- Mentoring junior engineers.
- Leading communications with client.

Ideal Experience
- 3–6+ years of backend or database engineering experience
- Proven problem-solving experience
- Strong search engine experience (Elasticsearch/Solr/Atlas Search)
- Programming experience with Python, Java NodeJS
- SQL and NoSQL production experience
- Experience optimizing performance across multi-layered systems
- Practical cloud-based microservices experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Comfortable in client-facing discussions.
Level (Engineer I or II) will align with technical depth and ownership.
Required English Level: intermediate to advanced.

- Configuring and fine-tunning search queries.
- Supporting data modeling and schema design.
- Leverage powerful methods and algorithms to extract actionable insight and knowledge from client’s data.
- Debugging real production issues.
- Monitoring and enhancing production solutions.
- Participating in architecture discussions.
- Collaborating and communicating with clients.
You won’t just execute tasks, you’ll learn how systems behave under scale.
Ideal Experience
- 1–3 years of backend or data-focused experience
- Interest and/or knowledge search engines (Elasticsearch/Solr/Lucene/Atlas Search)
- Strong Programming background (Python, Java, NodeJS)
- Strong analytical thinking.
- Basic/intermediate proficiency in AWS, Google Cloud, Azure
- Hands-on experience with LLM and embedding models.
- Comfortable collaborating in English
Level placement (Associate I or II) will align with your demonstrated capability and autonomy.
